The unit, which has been designed for class C laboratories, is the state-of-the-art GMP compliant dispensing line that enables the dispensing of registered radiopharmaceutical by managing materials insertion, vials extraction, sterilisation of the most critical environment according to the strictest pharmaceutical standards.

This dispensing line is composed by：

DTC：dispensing cell; it can be equipped with the semi-automatic dispensing system mod. CRP
SAS：shielded cell for materials introduction/extraction

The DTC is equipped with a double door tunnel system for vial extraction.

The system is conceived to grant the GMP class cascade in the air cleanliness grade classification.

As standard the vial extraction system is provided on the left side of the hot cell through an automatic conveyor belt; this allows the extraction of the vial directly in a lateral area,separated from the cleanroom.

Main equipment：

- Laminar flow for DTC

- SAS can be SAS A (with laminar flow) or SAS B (with class B), it can also be provided with frontal prechamber drawer

- Automatic system for flow rate regulation

- Manostats with alarms for filter clogging verification

- n. 2 teletongs in the DTC

- Integrated shielded area for dose calibrator

- Shielded sliding door between DTC and SAS

- Air-tight extraction systems for vials with shielded container retrieval, in the front or lateral sides
